The kitchen is located on this floor and is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all modern conveniences and in addition there is a small cloak room/ toilet on this level.
On the first floor you find the two bedrooms one large master bedroom with two large twin beds which can be used as a double or two separate beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and access to a small Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, AC and fitted wardrobes.
The fully fitted bathroom is also located on this floor and has a bath tub and overhead shower , the washing machine is also installed here .

Beautiful, recently restored village house in the old part of Nerja just a 7 minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and the local beaches, as well as all the local attractions. Located in a pedestrian street the house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor there is a spacious, modern fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven plus all necessary kitchen equipment) open to an equally spacious living- dining room equipped with an extendable dining table, with capacity for up to 6 people , plus a comfortable sofa . There is also a pretty interior patio on this floor that lets in an abundance of light as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find a smaller lounge which is equipped with a large smart TV offering a large selection of channels , in addition , there are two double bedrooms , both equipped with two beds that are joined , resulting in a large bed of 1.60 x 2.00m plus a cloakroom . Via an external staircase on the second floor you have access to a beautiful roof terrace with mountain views that is equipped with a table for six people, plus two sun loungers. There is a small pergola and a large sun umbrella that allows for sun or shade throughout the day. We also find an outdoor kitchen that is equipped with a gas BBQ, small fridge and a sink and a shower where you can cool off. The house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely townhouse in the very heart of Nerja, just a short walk from from the Balcon de Europa and several beaches (Playa Carabeo and Playa Carabello). With an excellent location this house offers proximity to all the local, restaurants bars, shops and local attractions. The ground floor comprises of a small living room equipped with a table fand chairs for 4 people and two comfortable armchairs. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, induction hob, pellet fireplace and all kitchen utensils). Access from the kitchen leads to an interior patio which brings great clarity to the area and is equipped with a table, two chairs and a small bench. There is also a good-sized single bedroom on this floor and a full bathroom with shower. The house has two accesses to the upper floor, one from inside the house and the other from the internal patio. The upper floor, is accessed from the small sitting room by a steep staircase with 12 steps On this floor we find 2 bedrooms both with double beds, both with AC, one of them has a TV with international channels and access to a lovely south facing terrace equipped with a table and four chairs. The second bedroom has a small balcony facing the street. Both these rooms share a large modern shower room. The property has WIFI.
