The living-dining space is open-plan and features two comfortable 2-seater sofas, TV with international and Spanish channels, WIFI internet, AC, ceiling fan and dining table that sits up to four guests. From the living room there is direct access via sliding patio doors to a private south-facing terrace that offers lovely sea views. Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
