Description
Newly renovated apartment on the fourth floor with elevator and with wonderful sea views. It is located just a few meters from Carabeillo beach and just a few minutes walk from the Balcón de Europa. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi to its customers. Around there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace. Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
