Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom duplex situated in the much sought-out urbanization “Huertos de Nerja”, only a short walk to the nearest beach, 5 minutes away from the town centre and all the local amenities
The complex is very well maintained and has a delightful communal swimming pool that is surrounded by grass. It is one of the few urbanisations in Nerja that has the pool open in winter.
The property is divided over 2 floors and consists of the following:
Entrance hall, and on the left a well – equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.
Past the kitchen is a guest toilet where you will find the washing machine.
Once past the entrance hall you arrive into a bright open plan living – dining room. Furnished with a set of table and chairs, one double seater sofa and one comfortable armchair, AC, satellite TV and WIFI. From the living room there is access to a nice terrace area with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining. The terrace leads directly to the communal swimming pool that is open all year round.
Upstairs there are two full-size bedrooms, one with two twin beds, large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and a small balcony.
The other bedroom (master bedroom) is fitted with one double bed, large built-in wardrobes, AC, television and also a small Juliette balcony.
Overall, this property is modern, beautifully decorated, in a great location and situated in a quiet area in the very town centre. Ideal for anyone looking to enjoy their holidays from the heart of Nerja.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool.
