Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment situated in a lovely quiet urbanisation “ Pueblo Mediterraneo” , only a 10 minute walk from Burriana Beach. The apartment features a spacious west-facing terrace, large private roof terrace with plenty of sunshine and a communal swimming pool to enjoy in the hot Spanish climate.
The accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a well-maintained building. Once inside the property comprises of the following:
Entrance hall, a well – equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron, mini dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.
The living room comprises of a comfortable double seater sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, WIFI, AC and dining area. From the living room there is access to a west-facing terrace furnished with table and chairs ideal for dining al fresco and a parasol for some shade. From this terrace you can appreciate the evening sunshine and lovely views of Nerja.
There are two bedrooms: the first bedroom has one double bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds put together, built-in wardrobe, AC and sliding windows that take you to the west-facing terrace.
There are two full bathrooms in between the bedrooms, both are fitted with walk in showers.
In the living room there is a spiral stair case that takes you up to the stunning roof terrace, where there is a table and chairs, 4 sunbeds, parasol, BBQ and outdoor shower to cool off from the heat. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun all day, admire the lovely views of the town of Nerja and partial sea views.
The nearest supermarket is only a 5-minute walk (up hill) and Burriana Beach is 10 minutes away downhill, where there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants to choose from and a 15-minute walk to the town center.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace. The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room. The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet. All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October. This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families. Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool.
