Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and has pleasant views to the complex. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed with TEMPUR DELUXE mattress, wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower.
