A lovely one bedroom apartment close to Burriana Beach, in Urbanisation Pueblo Alhama. The sliding glass doors take you straight into the open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave kettle , american style coffee machine and capsule expresso machine. The south-facing terrace has a chill-out zone, dining area , portable BBQ. From here you have wonderful views down over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. Stunning one bedroom apartment with terrace and side sea views, situated in the highly demanded apartment block - Acapulco Playa, a complex that offers a large communal pool and garden area with amazing uninterrupted sea views. The complex, popular thanks to its prime location and facilities is close to the well-known Torrecilla Beach, Plaza de los Cangrejos, various popular restaurant choices and the Balcon de Europa is just a short and pleasant stroll away. The apartment is located on a 3rd floor (with lift), once inside it comprises of the following: open-plan and modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The living-dining space is also open-plan and features a comfortable 2-seater sofa, Smart TV with international channels, WIFI internet, ceiling fan and dining table and chairs for indoor dining. From the living room there is direct access via sliding windows to a private west-facing terrace that offers lovely side sea views. This accommodation was perfect for the two of us! It is a quiet place with no disturbing noice from the street and yet close to everything. We enjoyed the view from the terrace outlooking the rooftops of pretty white houses and further down to the besee more
This accommodation was perfect for the two of us! It is a quiet place with no disturbing noice from the street and yet close to everything. We enjoyed the view from the terrace outlooking the rooftops of pretty white houses and further down to the beach and ocean which is only a 7-10 minute nice walk away. In the other direction, upwards, is Mercadona, a big supermarket, also about a 7-10 minute walk away. The rest of Nerja center is also a short walk from the apartment. We simply loved it and look forward to staying here again! We were here for 6 days in October 2023. There was a small water leak in the kitchen when we came and this was taken care of immediately! All contact that we had with sm nerjarentals was just super!!

Since we were travelling around Spain for 5 weeks and "only" spent 6 days in this apartment it would be nice to have som basic things available, such as salt, pepper and olive oil. Otherwise everything was just perfect!
