A central, beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the sought after Coronado complex that enjoys views over the community pool to the Mediterranean Sea, the village of Nerja and the mountains to the North.
The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with glass doors to the balcony that fold back completely opening the whole space up to the outdoors. The balcony has a a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary utensils.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and both share a shower room, which is also where we find the washing machine.
The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning throughout as well as international and Spanish television channels and free wifi.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace. The apartment has free wifi internet. All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October. Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool.
