Description
Wonderful centrally located apartment with private swimming pool just a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. This apartment is in the old part of the town, with all amenities such as restaurants, shops and bars, but is surprisingly quiet as it is in small block with only 3 apartments. The building is entered via a central patio, full of character and is found on the first . It has a lounge-dining area, equipped with an L shaped sofa, and dining table with 4 chairs , free wifi and TV with English and Spanish channels. The kitchen is modern and fitted with microwave, oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob (the washing machine is in the patio). From the lounge-dining area there is access to a large, west facing patio, full of character. This patio is furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, a bbq and a shaded seating area.
There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. The patio can be accessed from both these bedrooms as well as from the lounge. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
The roof terrace/solarium has a private pool, sunbeds and a shaded lounging area and is accessed from the patio via a spiral staircase. The solarium enjoys sun all day and lovely views of the old town and the mountains.
This is a unique property, located in the very heart of Nerja’s commercial centre. It is furnished and equipped to a good standard making it a very comfortable home from home, with the added luxury of a private pool.
