There is an air conditioning unit in the living room. The living space consists of a lounge with comfortable furniture to relax in, and a dining area with a table and four chairs.
The terrace has a barbeque, a dining table and four chairs, and two sun-loungers, and looks out over the urbanization’s lake and across to the Mediterranean.
The apartment has free internet access and some satellite television channels.
The complex has a communal swimming pool open from April to October. The urbanisation is accessed by foot and there are stairs to reach the apartment.

A fantastic property in the centre of Nerja. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a studio with a double sofa bed. The property has a private roof terrace, and the property is completely reformed and redesigned village house in the old part of town, just a few minutes' walk away from the Balcon de Europa. The apartment, found on the first floor up 14 steps, is very open and airy with a fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 3 ring induction hob, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all necessary equipment); a spacious dining area with table and chairs for 6 diners and a living area with comfortable sofa and TV with international and spanish channels. Bright and modern 3 bed holiday home with communal swimming pool and various terrace areas within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach. Situated in a quiet urbanization only 700m and 12 minute walk to the well-known Burriana Beach. The property is distributed over 2 floors that are beautifully decorated from top to bottom and comprises of the following: the ground floor has entrance hall, shower room, independent kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The kitchen has access to a small terrace facing the street.
