Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.

Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool. We didn´t use the spa. The things to check the water quality was to old and only one peace left. We hope it´s next time will be better -)
