Description
Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador de Turismo. The complex is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room equipped with TV with International and Spanish channels, free wifi, 2 large sofas and a dining table with chairs. The living room has a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large south facing terrace which has nice open views and is equipped with a wooden dining table and chairs to dine al fresco. It also has a sun awning if you prefer shade. There is a fully-equipped separate kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge/freezer which also has a door to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds together, both with fitted wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has a cloakroom at the entrance plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The Alcazaba complex has a very nice and quiet communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace. Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool.
